Athletic Conditioning combines cardio and weight training into a circuit
workout guaranteed to burn fat, increase stamina, and build lean muscle mass.

Body Combat, a Les Mills training program, is inspired by martial arts. It has you punch, kick and strike your way through calories to superior  cardio fitness. 

Body Pump, also by Les Mills, this breakthrough resistance workout training will quickly sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.

Yoga , stretches and strengthens the body’s muscle groups to enhance flexibility, improve body mechanics and guard against injury. 

RPM, also by Les Mills, is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach  who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Hurt Locker , a high intensity, total body workout aimed at immediate results. Exercises constantly vary and may include interval training, sprints, core strengthening, agility drills, kettle bells, stations, plyometric, body weight strength drills, cardio, boxing and much more.
